This blend works overtime to keep your body healthy, as Ginger (Chinese) (Zingiber officianale), Star Anise (Illicium verum) and Clove Bud Essential Oils (Eugenia caryophyllata) are known to attack harmful bacteria. Nutmeg (Myristica fragrans) lowers your stress and relaxes you, whilst Cinnamon Bark (Cinnamomum zeylanicum) warms you and drives the cold away.
